Ingredients: maltodextrin, myo-inositol (inositol), magnesium oxide (magnesium), acidity regulator: citric acid; aroma, sweetener: sucralose: nicotinamide (niacin), zinc oxide (zinc), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), riboflavin (riboflavin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium selenite (IV) (selenium), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Myo-inositol is an organic chemical compound from the inositol group, which is an important component in the human body. It is a naturally occurring form of inositol in nature and plays a role in many metabolic processes, including the regulation of blood sugar levels and the functioning of the endocrine and nervous systems. Myo-inositol is also used in dietary supplementation, especially in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Folic acid plays a role in the process of cell division and is necessary for proper blood production. Additional folic acid intake increases maternal folate levels, which may help avoid the risk of developing neural tube defects in the developing fetus. Low folate levels in the mother are a predisposing factor to the occurrence of these defects.

Magnesium, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B6 i thiamine Magnesium, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and thiamine affect energy metabolism and the nervous system.

Zinc, selenium and vitamin B6 are important for fertility and reproductive function, and folic acid, vitamin D and magnesium play an important role in the process of cell division.

Riboflavin, and selenium protect cells against oxidative stress, and pantothenic acid affects the synthesis of steroid hormones.
